Orbital Software, a key player in the expertise sharing and knowledge management space, was facing aggressive revenue objectives, in addition to increasingly intense competition. They needed help communicating their differentiation in a "noisy" marketplace. They also needed to demonstrate their 7 years of experience to a target market that has only been aware of KM for less than 2 years.
  • Created and implemented new product (Organik) identity and brand throughout all of Orbital's channels.
  • Created an international advertising campaign leveraging their unique product brand and positioning.
  • Migrated their website from a start-up collateral site to a leadership resource and informational destination.
  • Implemented online acquisition/lead capture strategy and measurement.
  • Integrated user-registration process for downloading white papers, case studies and product demos.
