Engagement Overview
Cox is the fourth largest cable provider in the nation, with more than 6 million customers, and is noted for its high-capacity broadband network. My team and I worked with Cox in developing a new name for their new service plan, "Seasonal Saver". This retention service is designed to help those Cox High Speed Internet (CHSI) customers who change residences on a yearly basis, by allowing them to keep their accounts active at a lower monthly charge and thereby avoid costly reconnection fees. The focus of the engagement was to first create a service name and then a set of Web and print marketing templates to be used and customized by the individual Cox Communications regions or markets.
  • Developed service name and mark that is memorable, on-brand and aligned with the Cox umbrella brand
  • Created the "Stay Connected" campaign concept which effectively speaks to both target audiences (frequent travelers and students).
  • Created and deployed two multi-channel marketing campaign consisting of: Direct Mail, Point of Purchase Displays, Posters, Banners, Rich Emails, Banner Ad Campaigns, Landing Pages and Sitelets.
