CommTel, a mid-size regional telephone company in Central Maine, recognized
that their products and service offerings were becoming commodities and the market was shrinking. In response, I developed an innovative strategic vision
to leverage their physical and intellectual assets by extending their business model into the data center market.
My team and I worked closely with all levels of Commtel to:
Assess demand for products and services.
Articulate the company's new offerings.
Define the value proposition.
Define and articulate the new brand.
Develop an identity system, brand announcement, launch kit, collateral and stationery system and premiums.
Apply the brand online, including designing the website and writing content.
Create comprehensive brand book for partner distribution.
